We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

The Logo Mat sells custom logo mats and related mat products. Because our products are custom-made, final products may vary slightly from website images, digital previews, or screen displays due to material texture, printing methods, lighting, screen settings, production processes, and normal manufacturing variation.

We make every effort to represent products, colours, sizes, and materials accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen display will exactly match the final physical product.

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including product selection, size, orientation, quantity, artwork, colours, text, design notes, billing details, and shipping information. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Incorrect or incomplete information may delay proof preparation, production, or shipping.

By uploading artwork, logos, images, graphics, text, or other files, you confirm that:

• You own the artwork or have permission to use it.
• The artwork does not violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.
• You have the right to use any business name, logo, brand, phrase, image, or design submitted with your order.
• You authorize The Logo Mat, Surface Systems Group Ltd., and our production partners to use the artwork only as needed to prepare your proof, produce your mat, provide customer support, and fulfill your order.

You are responsible for any claims, disputes, or legal issues related to artwork, logos, images, text, trademarks, or other materials you submit.

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork or order that we believe may be unlawful, offensive, infringing, inappropriate, or unsuitable for production.

Our website may allow customers to use a mat designer, upload artwork, select colours, add text, and submit design notes. You are responsible for reviewing the information and materials you submit.

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect spelling, incorrect files, low-quality artwork, incomplete instructions, wrong colour selections, or inaccurate order details provided by the customer.

Every custom order includes a free digital proof before production. Your proof will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours for review, unless additional time is needed due to artwork quality, order complexity, revisions, or other order details. Your mat will not go into production until you approve the proof.

Please review your proof carefully, including spelling, grammar, artwork, layout, size, orientation, colours, text, and design details. If any changes are needed, we will revise the proof before production begins. Once you approve your proof, your order is approved for production.

Production begins after proof approval. Most custom mats typically ship within 5-7 business days after proof approval, unless otherwise stated on the product page, during checkout, or in direct communication with our team.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume, product type, artwork requirements, proof revisions, material availability, holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, unless otherwise stated on our website. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, delivery restrictions, missed deliveries, theft after delivery, or other circumstances outside our control. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and secure before placing your order.

Payment is due at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to process your payment for the full order amount, including product cost, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other fees shown at checkout.

We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our own systems. Payments are processed through our payment processor.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if payment is declined, suspected of fraud, or otherwise cannot be processed.

We do our best to keep product information, pricing, images, descriptions, and availability accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing, modify products, or cancel orders affected by errors. If an issue affects your order, we will contact you.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may usually be cancelled or changed before production begins. Once an order has been approved and moved into production, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. We will do our best to help whenever possible.

We stand behind every mat we make. If you're not happy with your order, we'll make it right by remaking your mat to your satisfaction or providing a 100% money-back guarantee.

Refunds may be subject to the following non-refundable fees:

• 7% processing fee to help cover payment processing and order transaction costs.
• $50 artwork setup fee if artwork setup, design work, or proof preparation has already begun.

These fees help cover the time and costs involved in processing custom orders. To request help with an order, please contact us with your order number, photos if applicable, and a brief description of the issue so we can review and resolve it.

Each logo mat is custom-made based on your selected size, orientation, quantity, artwork, colours, text, design notes, and approved digital proof. Because every order is made specifically for the customer, we recommend reviewing your order details and digital proof carefully before approval. Once your proof is approved, your order moves into production.

Customers are responsible for proper use, placement, cleaning, and care of their mats. Product performance and lifespan may vary depending on traffic, placement, surface type, weather exposure, cleaning method, moisture, chemicals, and general use.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, improper cleaning, harsh chemicals, unsuitable surfaces, neglect, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

All website content, including text, graphics, images, product descriptions, logos, layouts, design elements, tools, and website features, is owned by or licensed to The Logo Mat and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

Customer-uploaded artwork remains the property of the customer or its rightful owner. By uploading artwork, you grant us permission to use it only as needed to proof, produce, support, and fulfill your order.

If you submit feedback, reviews, testimonials, photos, comments, or other content to us, you allow us to use that content for business, customer service, marketing, or promotional purposes, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

We will not sell your personal information. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect and use customer information.

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics tools, marketing tools, production partners, customer support tools, and external websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, practices, delays, errors, or services of third parties.

Our website and products are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated on our website or in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Logo Mat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to hold The Logo Mat and Surface Systems Group Ltd. harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our website, your order, your uploaded artwork, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
