You can either use our online design tool or have us design it for you by uploading your logo, choosing your background color, and adding design notes. After checkout, we'll email your digital proof within 24–48 hours. Your mat is only made after you approve it.

Yes. If you want to see your mat design before ordering, you can request a free proof first. We'll review your logo, prepare your digital proof, and email you a direct link to complete your order.

Your digital proof is typically emailed within 24–48 hours after your order is placed. After you approve your proof, production takes 5–7 business days, and then your mat ships free within the U.S.

What file type should I upload my logo or design in?

For the sharpest result, upload a vector file such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also work. If your file needs adjustment, we'll review it and help make sure it is ready for production.

Yes. Bulk discounts are available based on quantity tiers: 1 mat, 2–10 mats, 11–25 mats, and 26+ mats. Discounts are based on order volume and may require the mats to be the same size, design, and mat type to qualify.
