Every custom order includes a free digital proof before production. Your proof will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours for review. Your mat will not go into production until you approve it.

If any changes are needed, we'll revise the proof before production begins.

Production begins after your digital proof is approved. Most custom mats typically ship within 5-7 business days after proof approval.

Production timelines may vary depending on order size, product type, artwork quality, proof revisions, material availability, holidays, or other production factors.

Once your mat is produced and shipped from our warehouse, we will email you the tracking number.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, unless otherwise stated on our website. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may cause delays.
