Recommended for indoor commercial use at entryways, in lobbies, at front desks, or anywhere you want to display your company logo, mascot, or message in a custom shape.
Custom shape mats are available in sizes up to 6' wide and 23' long.
Mat sizes are approximate because rubber shrinks and expands with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.
DigiPrint HD Custom Shape logo mats are produced using a layering process of color. Colors are matched to the standard palette of 150 colors.
PMS colors can be matched for an additional one-time fee of $580 per PMS color. A maximum of 4 PMS colors may be matched in any given design.
Light background colors should be avoided because they show dirt more than darker or neutral tones. Screens, tints, and transparencies are also discouraged because they are not easily converted to the standard color palette.

DigiPrint HD Custom Shape Logo mats can be commercially laundered. Proper laundering helps prolong mat life by preventing soil and soap residue buildup.
DigiPrint HD Custom Shape Logo mats are manufactured with PET yarn. PET is a polyester that requires proper chemistry for optimal results, especially when exposed to oils. A typical starting point is 2 oz. detergent per cwt., 1 oz. alkali per cwt., and 4 oz. hydrogen peroxide. Consult your chemical supplier for account-specific guidance.
