Recommended for commercial and industrial settings where custom branding or messaging is needed along with the debris-removal performance of a scraper mat.
Mat sizes are approximate because rubber shrinks and expands with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.
A digital print on polymeric film allows SuperScrape mats to be customized with logos, images, and messages.
PMS colors can be matched for an additional one-time fee of $580 per PMS color. A maximum of 4 PMS colors may be matched in any given design.
White is prone to discolor and cannot be used as the background or within the imprint area. The palette includes F5, N9, and N10 as light-color alternatives, but those light colors should not be used as the main background.
PMS color matching can be challenging. We do our best to get close, but color may vary by a few shades because heat from the press can lighten the final result. Additional proofing time is required for the closest possible PMS match.

SuperScrape Impressions mats can be commercially laundered or cleaned with a deck brush when needed, detergent with a neutral pH, and a hose or pressure washer.
Lay mats flat or hang them to dry before placing them back in service.
